As well as being a beautiful, on water, centering and fluid pass-time, rowing is one of the top three full body low impact workouts you can do, along with cross country skiing and swimming. Perfect for ages 9 to 99.
We teach people to row, and we offer programs and rowing times for all ages and abilities including competitive training, one-on-one coaching and group sessions.
We sell rowing shells, equipment and clothing because we know it makes a difference and because we use it enough to know the difference.
