This review is for the customer service received by Ben Kelly. We had an order that was supposed to arrive on December 6th for St. Nicholas Day. The courier GLS said it would arrive on that day and then we heard nothing else. The order did not arrive but Ben dealt with the situation very professionally and refunded our money with an apology, explanation and regret. He must be commended for his customer service skills. As for the courier GLS they would get a very poor review and this company should no longer use them. We received many packages from other couriers during the postal strike with no problem at all. Thanks again Ben. Merry Christmas!
